Brittney D’Anelli is a Cosmetologist with fifteen years of experience in the Beauty Industry. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, she now resides in Las Vegas, NV where she keeps a permanent clientele. Brittney has worked coast to coast, including a long history of Production work in her hometown all the way to destination weddings. A lover of travel, Brittney is always open to opportunities to take another creative adventure.

A true chameleon, and no stranger to being a rolling stone, Brittney is always looking to inspire her clients to embrace change. She is best known for her innate ability to express the science of Color Theory through her work, executing customized looks for every guest in her chair. Brittney consistently optimizes her opportunities to continue her training and education year-round, she enjoys leading creative projects and proudly carries multiple certifications in many Industry accomplishments. Always focused and ready for action, she truly lives off of her drive for artistry and pushes to pursue her passion daily.

In 2017 during a temporary relocation to Idaho for work, Brittney tried her hand at Small Business with the opening of her first Salon: Theory Salon and Spa. Brittney worked to inspire the local Beauty community to become more involved in the Sustainable Beauty movement with Davines and Green Circle Salons; empowering other Beauty professionals and guests alike with knowledge and inspiration to be environmentally conscious. Theory closed after two great years in May 2019 upon Brittney returning to Las Vegas, NV permanently. In early May of 2020 Brittney decided to take on Small Business yet again and co-opened HEX, a small studio salon, with her long time friend and business partner, Geo Szurgot. She is now accepting new clients at this location and looks forward to the future for HEX.

Resilient, driven, and incredibly passionate about education, Brittney is always looking forward to the future and what she can do to grow her skill set. She enjoys mentoring younger stylists to join the collaboration over competition mindset, and believes in being a part of a strong team. When she isn’t behind the chair, she enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling the globe (especially to see her musical heroes and as many Art Museums possible), and of course, spoiling her 3 pups.
